About D&G Performamce Gym

Welcome to D&G Performance Gym in Liskeard!

Our facility in offers a wide range of CV equipment from Treadmills, Cross trainers, Upright bikes, a Stair master, Skierg, Rowers & Assault bikes. We also have Battle ropes, Kettlebells, Prowlers and Slam balls! Also on offer is a wide range of strength equipment to cover all training aspects.

We have up to 60kg dumbbells along with plate and pin loaded machines to suit all abilities.

We are a membership only facility which means members will have access 24/7!

We also have 3 fantastic Personal Trainers who offer 1:1/1:2 sessions upon booking, as well as a rehab specialist within our facility.
